Policy

  • This offer is open to customers aged 18 years or above. In case of children, at least one adult member, preferably a parent should accompany them.
  • Rooms provided in hotels/resorts are usually equipped with standard amenities.
  • Customer will be responsible for any damage caused to the property of hotel/resort during his stay and will be asked to pay for the damage, if any, to the resort directly.
  • The hotel has the right to charge for additional facilities like extra bed, telephone calls, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities availed by the customers during their stay at the hotel(which is not include in our package). Any such payment towards utility charges will be payable in full to the hotel directly by the customer at the time of Check-out.
  • Booking in a hotel/resort will be done in the name of the customer on the residential address of the customer, as specified in the Voucher Cord Request Form. A proof of identity is required for booking and is also to be produced at the time of Check-in at the hotel
  • A confirmation e-mail will be issued in the name of the customer by Near Me Travels once the booking in a hotel or resort has been done.
  • All standard Terms and Conditions of Near Me Travels shall also apply.
  • Near Me Travels and its affiliate companies/officers/ employees/agents and distributors have no liability in relation to any claims, losses, damages whether direct or indirect arising out in relation to stay during the holiday. Near Me Travels its affiliates/ officers/ employees will not be responsible or liable to meet any claim of the customer against any accident, injury or death etc. caused to the customer or any other person travelling along with the customer, either during the course of their stay or in any other manner in relation to Travel Holiday Solution Voucher or the company itself. Customers are responsible for arranging their passport and visa related documents.
  • No changes can be made once the booking has been confirmed. Any charge or cancellations to the additional services will be made in sync with standard terms and conditions which are advised at the time of booking
  • Booking is subject to availability at all times and is extremely limited during public, bank and school holiday periods.
  • All members must have adequate travel insurance before traveling Whilst purchase of insurance is not mandatory under the Terms and Conditions of this voucher. It is strongly recommended to ensure sufficient cover in case of any mishap.
  • Near Me Travels, the promoter, its agents and distributors shall not be responsible for any loss or delay, stolen, destroyed or for any other reason in the post of Booking Confirmation Form and other travel documents.
  • Near Me Travels, the promoter, its agents and distributors shall not be responsible or liable for any failure to present the Confirmation Forms for check-in to the affiliated resorts resulting in no admittance Photocopies, defaced, illegible or incomplete vouchers will not be accepted. In the event of the voucher getting stolen or lost, replacement voucher will not be provided to the customer.
  • Near Me Travels reserves the right to ask for alternate dates and hotels & Vehicles in case of no availability.
  • Consumer escalations and disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Court of the state of Haridwar Uttarkhand, India. This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of India without regard to conflicts of laws principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
  • Our vehicles may be held up en-route traffic jams / Landslides / VVIP Movements these circumstances are beyond our control. In such cases food and accommodation expenses are to be pay by tourist.
  • Some of the Monuments / temples will be closed by sunset. In such circumstances, some of the places may not be shown. Tourist travelling with our vehicles can not claim any refund or any demand for these reasons.
  • Entrance tickets of any monument / place to be purchased from the monuments directly by customer oat own cost. Tourists will carry their luggage from the parking lot to the place of stay at their own risk and responsibility.
  • No compensation will be available if any person does not take food/ accommodation during the tour (where the fare is inclusive of food / sharing accommodation). A/c in vehicles will be operated during summer season only.
  • Tourist visiting at Ek dham, 2 Dham, Char Dham Yatra or Amarnath Yatra should carry with them sufficient warm clothes, canvas shoes, rain coat, & torch
  • No food will be supplied at Kedarnath, Yamunotri, Baltal, Amarnath & Vaishno Devi as the catering unit cannot reach these places. Tourist have to take food in the hotel / restaurants at their own cost. Travel by horse/Doli and other incidentals from Baltal to Amarnath & back / Gaurikund to Kedarnath & back / Jankibai Chatti to Yamunotri & back / Katra to Darbar Shrine & back, Manali to Rohtang pass & back, are not included in the tariff, and to be pay by the passengers separately.
  • Accommodation at Kedarnath will be provided in hotels / tents in 2 / 3 / 4 / 8 bedded rooms due to lack of rooms / tents.
  • Tourist are at liberty to make purchases from anywhere they like. Our company neither takes any responsibility for their purchases nor we recommend any particular shop, hotel etc.
  • Tourist will carry their luggage's along with them. Our company / management / staff is not responsible for loss of their belongings such as cash, valuable articles, mobiles etc..., during the tour.
  • Conveyance charges from the bus parking to monuments / Hotels & any other place where the vehicle cannot reach due to traffic or any regulations will be paid by the passengers themselves.
  • There will be no push back facility in the last row of seats in any coach / vehicle.
  • Check out time in most of the hotels is 12 noon. Arrangements from 12 noon on wards are made at all places where ever night halts during the journey. If the vehicle reaches before 12 noon, only fresh up arrangements are made before room allotted. Accommodation is provided for stay only and any additional services (which is not include in our tour), will be paid by tourist to the hotel directly.
  • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
  • Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.
  • Rooms provided in hotels/resorts are usually equipped with standard amenities.
  • The tours as mentioned are operated by A/c & Non A/c cars, Tempo Travelers, Mini & Large Coaches depending on number of passengers travelling on the particular journey date.
Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to 10% per person.
  • Cancellations between 20 days to 30 days before start date, 25% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
  • Cancellations between 20 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention.
Cancellation Policy will not work in May & June for Yatra (Kedarnath / Badrinath / Yamunotri / Gangotri) & Full Amarnath Yatra.
